Mh Design Hotel - Naples

The service was very helpful, the room was incredibly spacious with a view of the patio, and they provided shampoo and soap.

Good and magnificent location, we enjoyed staying here.

the hotel was recently renovated with a good choice of well furnished and brand-new rooms. the staff were efficient and assisted with free parking. the service was excellent, totally satisfied. plus their wifi was free.

Comfy bed in the twin room, plus air conditioner, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. Extra care from the efficient and very very helpful staff.

The room here is spacious and comes with central heating, an iron, an electronic key card, and a cozy bed.

Very accomodating staff nat reception. The location for the city of Napoli was excellent and in a good area of the city. My first impression of the room was extremely positive. I do like to stay in good hotels and this ranks as far as I'm concerned as a modern, clean and comfortable experience. I plan another visit for longer in Autumn

I'm very fussy about what constitutes a good nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable but I found the pillows very firm. Maybe a firm and softer option might be a good idea

We Liked The Friendly Helpful staff..Nice breakfast,very clean rooms,and the perfect central location,close to shops restaurants and transport..over all we had a really nice relaxing stay..

The room was nicely furnished with a view overlooking the street, and the atmosphere was peaceful.

We had a superb 4 days at the Hotel, which is well-positioned in a pedestrianised street near to the ferry port (700 metres), shopping (200m traffic-free Via Toledo), oldest theatre / opera house in Europe (100m Teatro San Marco) and castle. In three days we visited Capri, Pompeii and Sorrento. Pompeii is an awesome history lesson !! The room was very clean, sheets changed every day. Excellent continental breakfast, as much as you can eat of cereals/fruit, cold meats and hard- boiled eggs, bread, cheeses and fresh fruit and coffee. Reception Desk extremely helpful, organised our pick-up from airport (thank you, Luigi). We would definitely stay again at mh Design Hotel.

The only marginal negative was that, because the hotel is small, our room looked onto an internal courtyard. This was no problem to us, because we were only in our room from 10pm until 9am, at which time it was dark. The room was therefore very quiet and good for sleeping !

Location, clean and design like hotel + nice breakfast.

Garage opening hours. We had to go and find our car ourselves, as we had to leave before 8am in the morning. Some of the hotel staff spoke really poor English.

The rooms were nicely decorated and came with breakfast, and there was a peaceful ambiance.

Staff was very pleasant. Location is great if you renounce to views and open nature.

Small nice hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've read comments about breakfast: like everywhere in Italy, the collazione is poor but acceptable!

Great location in the centre of Napoli. The historic centre as well as the main shopping streets can be easily reached on foot. Very friendly staff. Good continental breakfast buffet.

Liked that it had tea/coffee making facility. Also liked the big bathroom. Great location for shopping and the beach area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A bit dark in the room. Hardly any natural light as the one window was facing a tall narrow courtyard? Also not one English channel available on TV. Air-con not working consistentently.
